Changes cannot be made to orders once payment has been received and completed. It is then subject to our returns policy.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number that will enable you to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday - Friday), please email email@example.com with your name and order number.
You should receive an order confirmation via email. If you have not received your confirmation in your inbox please check your junk, if you have not received your order confirmation please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
You may return your item within 30 days of your delivery date for a store credit. We only refund is the item is damaged or faulty. Please see our returns policy here.
Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers just simply log in to make their purchase.

Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on your location. Express Shipping delivery time of 2-3 working days. All orders placed before 2pm AEST are sent on the same day.
