Our Story

It all began in 1989 in the capital city of Canberra where Rosie and Bob opened their first clothing store, Smarty Pants.

Over the next 20 years they opened 10 Smarty Pants stores which were scattered across ACT & the South Coast of NSW.

After 20 years, they decided to close all 10 stores and pack up their life down south to move to the iconic coastal town of Noosa Heads.
They consequently opened what they thought would be their only store - Goddess Gympie Terrace, however after two years of success they came to realise that Noosa was a local hotspot and a fast growing tourist destination; this gave them a great opportunity to open a second Goddess store which is now situated on Hastings Street.

It didn’t take long for locals and tourists to be impressed by Rosie’s buying ability and stock was flying out of both stores. Buying trips became more frequent, but the shops were getting no bigger and whilst Rosie was having a quick 5 minute coffee break one day, she saw an empty store and then came along their third shop Wardrobe.

Owning three stores in Noosa is no easy task; Rosie and Bob start their days in the shops at 4am 5 days a week making sure the shops are looking their best. With of course the help from our wonderful and dedicated team of Goddesses who also ensure that all our customers are well looked after when visiting our stores.

Recently in October 2017, Rosie & Bob thought Hastings Street needed another cool, fun and quirky shop which introduced our newest shop named, LALA LAND.

We're delighted to have been in Noosa for 16 years now and it has become apparent that an online store is highly sought after by our thousands of customers who need their Goddess fix 24/7!
