RETURNS  

- Any returned item must be received within 30 days of original shipping date for on-line credit.

- Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, stickers etc. Any items that have been altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

- Swimwear, Cosmetics, Earrings and Under garments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you have not received your order within 4 business days please send an email to info@goddessnoosa.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery.

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post or our other chosen couriers.

Alternatively, we have a click and collect option where you can pick up your order from our Goddess Hastings Street store.
