How to return Item(s)

You can ship item(s) for return to us OR come into one of our stores and we will happily help you!

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Goddess Online
We recommend using tracked postage.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make an urgent change, please email info@goddessnoosa.com with the changes and order number. Our last orders are put through at 2pm daily, so if we receive your email prior to this, actions may be made but not if your parcel has already been dispatched.
Changes cannot be made to orders once payment has been received and completed. It is then subject to our returns policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number that will enable you to track your parcel.
If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday - Friday), please email
info@goddessnoosa.com your name and order number.

Did my order go through?

You should receive an order confirmation via email. If you have not received your confirmation in your inbox please check your junk, if you have not received your order confirmation please email info@goddessnoosa.com and we will assist you.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind and don’t want my items?

You may return your item within 30 days of your delivery date for exchange or store credit. We only refund is the item is damaged or faulty. Please see our returns policy here.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers just simply log in to make their purchase.

Is there a charge to use Afterpay?

Who can use Afterpay?

Afterpay is available to people who:

-Live in Australia
-Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract
-Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
-Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase

Do I have to pay for postage when returning my item?

The customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us and will need to include a self-addressed Australia Post reply paid envelope. Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Goddess Online.
We recommend using tracked postage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on your location. Express Shipping delivery time of 2-3 working days. All orders placed before 2pm AEST are sent on the same day.
